June came and the sun shone.  The trip to Flamingoland had brilliant weather and very little traffic meant were had an enjoyable and safe journey over the Yorkshire Wolds.

Staff and children visited the animals, went of many, thankfully not too many, rides and some just relaxed in the beautiful sunny weather until they were ready for the next adventure.

Relationships blossomed between staff and learners and  learners found themselves in groups with other young people they were able to enjoy some respectful social experiences.

A great day for the adults, the learners that ended with tired smiles.
